Rates & FAQ

We offer both short-term RV stays (daily or weekly) and long-term stays (monthly).

We can easily accommodate large clubs, groups and gatherings of motor homes and RVs.

Daily and Weekly Short-Term Rates 

All utilities are included in our short-term rates.

Currently we offer: Water, Sewer, Trash, Cable TV and Electricity.

Daily Rates are $51.00 + Lodging Tax

Weekly Rates: $306.00 + Lodging Tax

Anything over 4 weeks is considered a long-term stay.

Payments

We accept credit cards only for short-term stays.

Cancellation or Changes

There are no refunds. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is taken at the time of booking unless the booking is for immediate occupancy, in which case we require full payment. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date for daily stays or 14 days in advance of a weekly stay. For these timely cancellations, the deposit can be transferred to a future reservation during the remainder of that calendar year.

  • Late cancellations and no shows will be billed in full for the time reserved.
  • Full payment is due upon check-in.
  • Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures.

Check-in/Check-out Time

  • Check-in time is 12:00 p.m. PST
  • Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. PST

Daily and weekly rates may change and are subject to a state lodging tax.

Rates are based upon 2 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets (Dogs: non-aggressive breeds only, max height 18 inches. Cats are indoor only. 2 pets maximum). Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles and late/early arrivals or departures may apply.

Are you an Active-Duty or retired Military or a First Responder? Ask for your discount when you book, and thank you for your service.

We offer spaces to fit RVs up to 44 feet long with double pop outs. 30 and 50 AMP service is available.

All RVs need to be in good condition on the exterior and fully functional on the inside. Please email photos if older than 10 years (at least 4 photos, 1 of each side) of your RV to: driftwood@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

No car, truck, SUV, van, tent, or school bus camping allowed.

Staff Availability

We can be reached at (541) 469-9089 weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2 p.m.-5 p.m. PST and will respond to your phone call as promptly as possible. Long-Term or Monthly Lease Stays

Looking for a longer stay?  We are proud to offer long-term RV sites stays. All rental agreements are month-to-month. There is no fee for the application process.

Current base rates are listed under the property advertisements on our website’s main page. Utilities are additional. We offer a utility package with water/sewer/trash and cable TV. Electricity is metered.

We have spaces generous enough to fit RVs up to 44 feet long with double pop outs. 30 and 50 amp service is available. We can even accommodate Park Models. Ask us.

All RVs need to be in good condition on the exterior and fully functional on the inside. A picture of each side of the RV is part of the application process.

Spaces will fit at least one car in addition to the RV. Some will fit 2 cars. If you have additional vehicles, boat, trailer, etc., please ask about storage. If available, we offer storage parking for a fee. Guest parking is limited. All vehicles and visitors must fit in the rented space.

Our spaces on the south side of the park border the charming Tuttle Creek and the spaces on the north side of the park are nestled against a sunny hillside. In our center spaces, you can often see the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves against the sand and the buoy whistles. It is a short walk (about a block) to the beach.
