Rates & FAQ

Our rates are very reasonable and extremely competitive. We have nightly, weekly and monthly rates and we welcome long-term guests. With over 100 spacious sites, we can easily accommodate large clubs, groups and gatherings of motor homes and RVs.

Daily and Weekly Rates
Daily and weekly rates are subject to change and subject to a state lodging tax. Rates are based upon 2 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 1 pet (non aggressive breeds)for a minimum of 1 month depending upon availability.  Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, pets and late/early arrivals or departures may apply. All RVs need to be 10 years young or newer. If your RV is older and in great condition we will need to see pictures prior to accepting your reservation. Please email photos, (at least 4 photos, 1 of each side) of your RV to driftwood@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

All utilities included in our short-term rates.

Daily Rates are $49 + tax

Weekly Rates: $294 + tax

30 day Stays: $882.00 + tax

Long Term Stays

Looking for a longer stay?

We are proud to offer long-term or month -to- monthly stays (stays of 90 days or more qualify as long term).

Our rates are competitive and include our utility package  of water/sewer /garbage/WI-FI and cable. (electricity is metered)

We offer spaces that can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet in length with double slide outs.  Our spaces on the South side of the park border the charming Tuttle Creek and the spaces on the North side of the park are nestled against a sunny hillside.  In our front center spaces you can often see the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves against the sand and the buoy whistles. It is a short walk (about a block) to the beach.

We accept credit cards, money orders or checks for short stays only.

There are no refunds. For single night reservations, the full amount of the reservation is due at booking. Short stay reservations (60 days or less) require a $50 deposit (nonrefundable if reservation is cancelled). Deposits are applied to the total amount due upon arrival for short stay.

Cancellation or Changes
There are no refunds. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made 7 days (daily & weekly reservations) or 30 days (monthly reservations) prior to scheduled arrival date. For these timely cancellations, the deposit or payment can be transferred to a future reservation during the remainder of that calendar year. Late cancellations and no shows will be billed in full for the time reserved.

Check-in/Check-out Time
Check-in time is 12 Noon PST and Check-out time is at 11 AM PST.

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. Credit​s or modifications to the account balance are based on the actual length of stay. The bill​will be recalculated if the departure ​date change results in a regressive rate change. For example: from the monthly rate to weekly or daily rate or weekly rate to daily rate.
